Here’s my story:
I’ve never wanted to be that guy that just talked about going out and doing things. So last year I decided to leave my home and my job and I set out to accomplish some of those things I had never done but kept telling myself it would be cool to do someday.
You’ve seen the list. It’s those fifty tasks hanging out on the left side of the page. So now I travel around the country having the adventure of a lifetime and crossing those things off my list one by one.
I only have two rules:
1. I don’t get to go home until EVERYTHING is crossed off the list
2. I don’t get to spend any money on lodging while I’m gone. (Sometimes this means discomfort and sometimes it means new friends, but it always makes for an interesting night.)
I try to write about my adventures everyday and I do a podcast once a week (Every Wednesday at 6pm Pacific!) for the world to see.
If you looked up “shoestring budget” in the dictionary you’d see a little dude in a green hat. I wouldn’t be able to do half of what I do if strangers weren’t such incredible people.
If you need a vicarious adventure you’ve come to the right place.
All right, less talk more action.
