I feel your pain the same thing happen to me when I purchased a tv from them. I was in one city and happened to notice a tv I liked. They told me I could pay for it a one location and then pick it up at another. Needless to say that never happened and I went through hoops to even get the price that the other store gave me. I still shop there though so I guess i dont hate them thank much.

wow… I actually have the exact opposite opinion. I bought a brand new camera for my travels… $400. I moved to Canada on my first stop around the world and it breaks. I go the Best Buy in Toronto I cannot return or exchange it because I bought it in the United States. Move up the change they let me exchange it.. no probs.
